Provenio Ltd (“Provenio”, “we”) is based at Plessey House, Uhuru Highway, Nairobi, Kenya. This notice explains how we handle personal information you share through this website, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), the type of enquiry and your message. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request) to operate and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry details only to respond to you and, where you wish, to take the conversation further. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not use your details for marketing lists and we do not sell or rent them.

Who can see it

Enquiries are delivered by email to Provenio's own mailbox and handled in confidence by our team. The website and mailbox are hosted by our hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf. All of the site's files, including its typefaces, are served directly from this website's server: no other third-party services are contacted when you visit. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to info@provenio.co.ke.
